Please note that your order is eligible for corrections or amendments only if it is compliant with the following criteria:

  • If the ordered work needs to be arranged or changed differently
  • If the requirements sent were not followed by the writer

  • In case your order is compliant with the aforementioned criteria, it is eligible for amendments or corrections. Our customer care executives will get in touch with you within a maximum duration of 48 hours.
  • The amendments ordered are likely to take upto 24-48 hours to be done and delivered.
  • However, please note that in case the amendments suggested from your end are new, it will be chargeable.
  • In case we find your order to be eligible for amendment, checking the feedback may take at least 24 hours, following which an updated file is to be delivered to you. All other additional information will be intimated through email.

Money-back Guarantee Policy/ Refunds

The company is liable for timely delivery of the services/ products, on par with the customer requirements as stated in the order placed. In case of violation of the terms and conditions, the client is entitled to reimbursement (complete/ partial) depending on the nature of violation, as per the company policy. Additionally, the refund policy entitles you to be eligible for requesting reimbursement in case of failure of services.   • In case you wish to cancel the work, when the tutor was confirmed and less than half the deadline has passed. In such a case, the amount of refund varies from 75% to 100%, taking the efforts of the company as well as the tutor into account, with regards to attempting to provide you with quality services.
  • In case you wish to cancel the work, when more than half the deadline has passed. In this case, the refund amount varies between 0% to 50% in order to cover the tutor’s efforts for accommodating your order request.
  • Delayed delivery: Delayed or late delivery may occur due to certain unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or in case the tutor gets sick. In such a situation, the customer is eligible for a refund request, only if the work is not downloaded and submitted. In case, the client has downloaded and submitted the work, refund requests are not applicable as the work has already been used.
  • Punctual delivery of orders guaranteed: We ensure that timely submission of the orders is in place. However, delays may occur in case the client uploads the materials required for the order, too late. In case of late materials upload, refunds cannot be granted. Hence, we recommend sending all information and materials essential for the task in the initial period, preferably along with the work requirements. This way, the tutor is able to make use of all available materials (or additional sources) at hand.
2. The work delivered is not as described/ as per requirements:

Sd project Experts, provides customised solutions to their customer base, as per their requirements. We often share a draft work with our customers, which is partial work, and is further developed based on the feedback of the customer.

  • Disputed claims: In cases where the client is dissatisfied with the work and wishes for a refund instead, the company would take actions to rectify the issues, considering the concerns of the client. Additionally, the client can request corrections, based on their plans (Limited/ Standard/ Premium) upto 30, 45 and 60 days respectively, from the date of first submission. If the client is further dissatisfied with the work provided, they are liable for requesting a refund claim, alongside provisions of the necessary documentary proof or evidence within 7 days of receiving the corrected task. The refund claim may be settled or denied based on the documentary evidence submitted by the client as well as the overall facts of the case.
  • Plagiarised content: If the client claims that the content of the delivered final work by the tutor is plagiarised, a third-party verifiable plagiarism report (or equivalent) is to be provided by the customer. This report is to be submitted/ uploaded within 3 days or 72 hours of receiving the delivered work. In case the claim is found to be valid, a complete refund is to be granted to the client.
Duplicate Transaction/ Order
  • Accidental Duplicate Order: If the client has ordered a duplicate of the work mistakenly, it is requested to contact the company within 24 hours of the payment for the duplicate work, seeking a refund. If the order is found to be placed unintentionally, it will be considered a duplicate, in which case a 100% refund for the duplicate order will be issued.
  • Accidental Duplicate transaction: If the client accidentally makes duplicate or additional payment, which is processed against the same order for which payment is already made, the client is eligible for 100% refund on raising a refund request.

When are you not eligible for a refund?

  • Receiving a low score: Please note that we at SD Project Experts, do not guarantee grades. The tasks or solutions delivered to you are tailor-made as SAMPLE PAPERS ONLY. They are not to be submitted as it is as personal work.
  • Changes in deadlines/ Deadlines preponed: In case there is a change in deadline, the refunds as a result of delay (as previously mentioned) are not applicable. In addition to that, recalculation of the price is also not valid due to varying end dates.
  • Formatting, editing and proofreading orders: Kindly note that editing, formatting and proofreading leads to finer corrections, making the work grammatically correct with the use of correct spellings. They DO NOT alter the content written by you in any way; thus, rendering the client ineligible for a refund request.
  • Documentary process and evidence: In case the timelines and guidelines mentioned in Section 5 (for filing complaints or claims for refund requests) are not followed by the customer, they may not be eligible for a refund.

Timelines for refund processing/ response time and process:

The opinion of the tutor and the client may not be the same regarding the quality of the work, considering the subjective nature of the same. In such a situation, the customer must apply for a refund request/ complaint in accordance with the following guidelines as provided herewith:

  1. A minimum of 7 working days is to be considered for the evaluation, assessment and communications related to the decision for the request made by the client.
  2. The refund requests, claims or complaints are to be filed through the website (using the client’s account), alongside all necessary documentation and evidence, on par with the terms & conditions for use.
  3. A minimum of 7 working days are to be provided to the company for refund processing, following the decision made by the company.

Amendments :

Eligibility-
